Four steps. You stay in control of the last one.
- 01
Create a payment
One API call, with an amount or a saved product price, returns a hosted checkout link.
- 02
Customer transfers
They pick InstaPay or a wallet and send the exact amount straight to your account.
- 03
Receipt arrives
The receipt is re-encoded, encrypted and placed in your review queue. Your team gets an alert.
- 04
You confirm
See the money in your account, tap Confirm received. Customer, site and webhook update.
We never touch the money. Not for a second.
Jervis Pay isn’t a wallet and doesn’t hold balances. Customers pay into your InstaPay, wallet or bank account — we run the checkout around that transfer.
- No payouts to wait for
- No balance to freeze
- You decide what counts as paid
- Refunds stay between you and your customer
Review a payment in seconds, not screenshots.
The receipt, amount, method and checks side by side, with the two buttons that matter.
Decide from Telegram. Get the alert wherever you work.
Every new receipt can alert your reviewers. On Telegram they confirm or reject with signed, single-use buttons; email links open the review after sign-in. If nobody answers in time, the alert moves on to another channel.

An API that feels like real payment infrastructure.
Create a checkout session, send your customer to its URL and listen for payment.succeeded. Test mode ships with a simulator, so you can build before your first customer pays.
- Idempotent writes
- Send an Idempotency-Key and retry safely.
- Signed webhooks
- HMAC signatures, rolling secrets, 7 attempts over about 33 hours.
- Test and live keys
- Separate keys and payment data. Simulators only in test mode.
- Logs you can read
- Every request, event and delivery attempt.

"data": { "object": { "id": "pay_7Hc2…", "assurance": "merchant" } } }Catch reused and edited receipts before you confirm.
With image receipt reading turned on, Jervis Pay tries to read the amount, reference, recipient and date, then compares them with the payment and your history. OCR runs inside Jervis Pay. PDF attachments require manual review; PDF text extraction and page OCR are not available yet.
Hints, not verdicts. The same receipt file sent twice is always flagged, and a reused receipt needs an explicit override before Confirm unlocks. Everything else is your call.
Arabic isn’t a translation layer. It’s a first language.
Checkout, emails and the dashboard are designed right-to-left from the start. Customers switch with one tap; you write method instructions in both.
Built like payment infrastructure, even though we never hold payments.
Receipts sealed and encrypted
Uploaded to quarantine, checked, re-encoded, then encrypted with their own key. Malware scanning can be turned on.
Signed webhooks
Every event is signed. Roll a secret any time; the old one keeps working for 24 hours.
Test and live never mix
Separate keys and payment data. Simulators only exist in test mode.
Roles for your team
Owner, admin, reviewer, developer and viewer — each sees only what they need.
Audit log for every decision
Who confirmed, who rejected, when and from where — append-only.
Fair disputes
A customer whose receipt was rejected can open a dispute on the same page within 30 days. Both sides see the thread.

Questions merchants ask first
Is Jervis Pay a wallet or a payment gateway?
Neither. Jervis Pay never holds or moves money. Customers transfer directly to your InstaPay, wallet or bank account; we run the checkout, receipts, review, notifications and API around that transfer.
How do I know a payment really arrived?
You check your own account and tap Confirm received — that marks it paid, confirmed by you. A receipt and our automatic checks are evidence, not proof: they never mark a payment paid on their own.
What if a customer uploads a fake or reused receipt?
The same receipt file sent twice is always flagged. With receipt checks turned on, reused references, mismatched amounts and edited files are flagged too. Nothing is paid until you confirm, and a reused receipt needs an explicit override.
Which payment methods can I offer?
InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, e& money, WE Pay, bank transfer, and any custom method you describe — with instructions in English and Arabic.
Can I sell subscriptions?
Yes. Each renewal is a new checkout your customer pays by transfer; the period advances only when you confirm it. We never charge or debit anyone.
